Henan Aucma Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established in November 2014 with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. It is located in the High tech Industrial Park of Minquan County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested by Aucma Co., Ltd. The project has a total investment of 200 million yuan, covers an area of 300 acres, has a total construction area of 50000 square meters, and a total planned production capacity of 6000 units per year. It was officially completed and put into operation on December 16, 2016.
