The insulated compartment is a fully enclosed polyurethane plate structure, and a lightweight XPS plate structure can be optionally installed except for the semi-trailer.
The inner and outer skins of each panel are made of high-quality glass fiber and polyester resin, lined with polyester thermal material and embedded with reinforcement, and pressed by imported presses. The inner and outer skins of XPS lightweight structure use high-strength cloth-based fiberglass plates.
When the panels form the compartment, the joints are bonded and sealed with high-strength glue and fastened with screws.
The overall compartment has high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, no metal cold bridge, and excellent thermal insulation performance.
The compartment door can be opened at 270°C, which is convenient for cargo loading and unloading.
The compartment door and the compartment wall are sealed with a special three-bubble spherical rubber sealing strip, which not only ensures good sealing performance of the compartment but also ensures flexible and light opening of the door panel.
The hardware, hinges, handles, etc. of the compartment door are all 304 stainless steel products, with beautiful and luxurious appearance.
